My Story

I can break it down into 3 simple reasons why I’m supporting the Mayday Mile
  1. For my dear friends that enjoy spending time on the water
  2. For the time I spend enjoying being on the water
  3. For the amazing RNLI Volunteers who give their time to make sure that my dear friends, myself or anyone else who is in distress gets the vital help they may need.
So for my Mayday Mile I’m going to row a mile a day in support of the fantastic work the RNLI do.

Hopefully I’ll never be in the situation where I need them but I know l couldn’t have a better team to help me out!

So now it's your turn. I'm going to ask you to please help me in supporting the incredible people who generous give their time.  Any amount would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you and here's to a great Mayday Mile!!

As the weather warms up, more people will be drawn to the water. But as temperatures rise, so do the calls for help. Getting into trouble can happen to anyone - and it happens so easily. It could happen to you, me, or someone we love.

The RNLI are determined to be there when they're needed most. But as the cost of living has gone up, the cost of lifesaving has gone up, too. So, this May, I'm answering their call for help by taking part in the Mayday Mile to help fund the kit and training they need to save lives this summer.

I'll be completing one mile every day this May to raise money for brave volunteer crews. Please donate to support me and consider joining me in completing a mile each day this month by walking, jogging - or in any way you like.
