Fundraising as part of team: North Berwick RNLI climb North Berwick Law every day in May

My Story

The volunteers at North Berwick are used to pushing the boat out. Whether that's to launch the lifeboat to save lives at sea, open up the lifeboat shop or set up for a fundraising event.

This year they'll go the extra mile in May, climbing the 187m high North Berwick Law, a volcanic plug which looms over the town, but which acts as a handy navigational feature when looking at North Berwick from the sea.

Covering over 3 miles they'll set off from the boathouse each day to climb to the summit and back, clocking up almost 6000m of ascent and nearly 100 miles by the end of the month.
